• Entertainment marketing

This Site provides information about our services, allows users to contact us, and facilitates inquiries about potential projects. Specific service engagements are governed by separate service agreements.

3. Eligibility

By using our Site and services, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• If you are accessing the Site on behalf of an organization, you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms

Client deliverables created under service agreements remain subject to the terms of those specific agreements.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF DEALING.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Site is free of viruses or harmful components
• The results of using the Site will meet your requirements

Any content or materials accessed through the Site is done at your own discretion and risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BOND CREATIVE, LLC AND OUR OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site
• Any content obtained from the Site
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE (12) MONTHS, OR (B) $100 USD.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages. Accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bond Creative, LLC and our officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way connected with:

11. Termination

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention as closely as possible.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bond Creative, LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
